General Terms on Courses Purchase

The user who decides to purchase the chosen course is aware that the purchase determines the application of the rule pursuant to the former art. 59 of consumption code(ex art. 59 codice del consumo). Therefore the right of withdrawal is excluded, as well as the reimbursement of the amount actually paid, since these are digital content material. The user who proceeds with the purchase is aware and accepts the failure to exercise the right to
withdrawal.
