Which payment methods do you accept?

The collection of the fees for every course is managed via paypal, is necessary a credit or debit card enabled for online transactions.

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase the course?

No, you can decide whether or not to proceed with the payment through your Paypal account. In case you do not want to register and / or use your Paypal account, you can proceed with the purchase without logging in.

Are software and / or prerequisites required to attend the courses?

Only for some courses, you will find the specifics of the necessary software or prerequisites on the Overview page of the program you are interested in.

What do the courses include?

Each course includes video lessons, educational tools (slides /compendium) and access to our forum.

I can't see the videos / I have technical problems, what can I do?

Contact us using the following form, Our IT team will provide you with technical assistance directly.

How do I activate the subtitles of the video lessons?

You can activate subtitles in both Italian and English by clicking on the “CC” icon at the bottom right of the video player of each lesson

Can I request an invoice?

Yes, in the moment of purchase you will receive a payment receipt to your email. To request an invoice, fill out the following form with your company name and VAT number.

Can I give your course as a gift?

Yes, contact us using the following form and we will set up your gift account for you.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

To receive the certificate, you must add a small administrative fee of 20,00 Euros. The certificate will only be available upon completion of the course. To request your certificate fill out the following form.

In which language are the courses delivered?

Our courses are all in Italian but also available with English subtitles. To view subtitles in both languages, click on the “CC” icon at the bottom right of the video player of each lesson.

Do the courses have an expiration date? Do I have to complete the course within a deadline?

No, Quasar elearning courses are yours forever. You can watch  them any time you want, and complete each course in the time you need.

Can I download the course?

No, the course download is not permitted. You can take advantage of the video lessons from a PC, tablet or mobile only with an internet connection.

How do I log into my account

To access your account you need to access the ‘My account’ page, you can reach the page by clicking on the icon with person shape in the menu bar.

Enter in the required fields, the username or email, and the password, received in the automatic email reply generated during the purchase procedure.

After logging in, you will access a personal dashboard with a set of information, including the courses purchased and your account settings.

From the ‘Settings’ tab you can change your profile picture and login password.

How to buy a course

Buying a course is very simple, after clicking on the course you are interested in, you can see various information about the course, including the introduction and the program.

To purchase the course click on the ‘buy course’ button. You will be automatically redirected to the purchase page, where you will be asked for the mandatory billing details: Name, Surname, Address, Postcode, City, Telephone, Email.

After clicking the button “I accept the terms and conditions”, you can choose to pay with Paypal or directly by credit card. Bank transfer is not accepted.

Payment is completely safe, as credit card data is protected from unauthorized access by means of an encrypted transfer of SSL (‘Secure Socket Layer’) data, which is not accessible to third parties. Finally, once you have made the necessary checks on your transaction, a thank you message will inform you that your purchase has been completed successfully.

You will receive an email to the address registered during the purchase procedure,  in which you will get details of the username and password automatically generated.
